Gentle
Rooted Flow
Slow movement, mobility, and breath. A steady opening of the body.
Breathe. Move. Stay.
A practice, not a performance
I am Filipa, Pipa to friends. Yoga has shaped my life for the past five years; it is no longer a choice, it is a commitment. I am here to grow a small community of people who want to move better, breathe deeper, and feel more at home in themselves. Just as I do.
My classes centre on Vinyasa, where each movement is guided by the breath. We move slowly, breathe deeply, and build strength. No perfect shapes. No rushing. Just space to listen, to reset, and to build a practice that feels like your own.
Two ways in
Every session is shaped around you, your pace, and the day you're having. Come once, come weekly. No two sessions feel the same.

Trained with care
I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in India, through a Yoga Alliance approved program. My teachers came from a small Himalayan village called Tungnath, home to the world's highest Shiva temple. That month shaped how I teach: more focused on guiding, adjusting, and helping you go deeper with the breath. The work draws on Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, Pranayama, meditation, anatomy, philosophy, and Ayurveda.
Small shifts
Practice with patience to build steady strength.
Where the breath goes, the mind follows.
Where the breath is still, the mind is still.
In a space that feels warm and personal to you.
Hi, I am Filipa
I am 31, born in Lisbon, Portugal. I have lived in Croatia, Belgium, and the Netherlands, and each place shaped me in its own way. Now happily in Barcelona, I have fallen in love with the small neighbourhood of Poblenou: its rhythm, its beach vibe, and the way people here care about how they live.
My day-to-day life is corporate, and outside of work I am a yogi. Yoga is how I take care of myself, and one of the ways I most love connecting with others.

From the mat
A few of the people I have practised with one-on-one over the past months. Friends, neighbours, students. Nothing rehearsed.
Being Portuguese myself, there's something incredibly comforting about practising with Pipa whenever I visit Barcelona. Even far from home, she brings that familiar warmth and grounded energy I need. Practising with her has become one of the things I look forward to the most every time I'm in the city.
My back was in rough shape from too many hours at a desk. Pipa didn't promise to fix it. Working one-on-one, she just kept asking where I felt supported, and where I didn't. She is also one of the warmest people I have met in Barcelona, and honestly, that's more than I'd hoped for from a yoga practice.
What I love about Pipa is the way she teaches. Calm, attentive, precise, dropped in at the right moment in a way that feels personal. No corrections you can't act on, no focus on perfect poses, just a quiet "try this, see how it feels." I leave each practice a little less tense, a little more steady, less afraid of the week ahead.
Before our first session, I'd never really paid attention to my breath. Now I catch myself paying attention to it at red lights, in meetings, on the harder days. Pipa teaches like she's letting you in on a small secret.
I came in expecting structure. The German in me wanted alignment cues and a clear plan. Pipa gives you that, and also makes space to soften. She's somehow both precise and tender, offering exactly the adjustment you didn't know you needed.
Andalusia raised me on slow afternoons and sea air, and somehow Pipa brings that same easy rhythm to her practice here in Barcelona. Every session feels like a small homecoming, unhurried, warm, and exactly the pause my week needs.
